Company Policy & Mission:
Online Golf Travel strive towards providing our clients with a golfing
experience second to none. At all times, we will do our utmost to
satisfy our client’s needs and preferences for their trip. We
will only offer a product, which we consider suitable. This means
that we will not offer golf courses, hotels etc. to our customers
that are below a suitable standard. You can be assured that the quality
of your trip with Online Golf Travel will be high and your vacation
a memorable one. We also strive to offer value for money and remain
exceptionally competitive in the market.
Reservations & Deposits:
Early reservations are essential in
order to ensure product availability. A non-refundable deposit of
20% (of total cost) per person is required (unless otherwise noted)
to hold and confirm your reservation. Final and complete payment
is due no less than eight weeks prior to arrival.
Cancellation Charges & Refund Policy:
Any and all cancellations of reservations
by a client must be in writing to: Online Golf Travel, PO Box 6385,
Dublin 15, Ireland; by fax to + 353 1 822 6668; or by email at
info@onlinegolftravel.com. Cancellations are subject to the following
conditions:
- On informing Online Golf Travel of your intention
to travel (unless otherwise noted), a deposit of 20% of the tour
cost per person is due.
- 50% of the tour price per person is due
nine to twelve weeks prior to arrival at your golfing destination
- Full payment is due no less than eight weeks prior
to arrival.
- Any non-retrievable cancellation charges
will be withheld.
Conditions:
In the event of trip cancellation by
Online Golf Travel, all deposits and payments will be refunded in
full. Online Golf Travel reserves the right to cancel any tour prior
full payment. Online Golf Travel reserves the right to cancel any
individual’s participation in a tour, or any part thereof,
by refunding a proportionate balance for the unused portion of the
tour. There will be no refunds for any absence from the tour once
it commences, that is for such things as missed meals, golf, sightseeing
or any other activities in the tour. Online Golf Travel is not responsible
for personal injury, accident, or illness; or for loss, damage or
theft of personal belongings.
Responsibility:
Individual participants acknowledge that
Online Golf Travel acts only as the agent for the actual suppliers
of transportation and all other travel-related and golf services
and accommodations. Online Golf Travel assumes no responsibility
for, and each participant will release Online Golf Travel from,
any claim, cause of action, loss, expense, injury or damage that
any participant may incur relating to the failure by any third party
(such as an airline, hotel, transportation service or golf course)
to perform its obligation to provide goods, accommodations or services;
the negligence or willful misconduct of any third party in connection
with the performance of its obligation to provide goods, accommodations
or services; or any act of God, civil disturbance, conflict, strike,
theft, governmental action or any other event or action not within
the control of Online Golf Travel. Reasonable changes in the itinerary
may be made where deemed advisable for the comfort and well being
of the client or changes as a result of unexpected conflicts not
indicated in our itinerary.
Changes:
An administrative fee of £25 per change
per person will be charged for any changes to the itinerary requested
by the client after full payment has been received.
Car Rental:
Drivers must be 23 years of age or older
in order to avail of car rental. The maximum age is 75 years.
On advancement of the tour deposit to Online Golf Travel,
the depositor (and all participants for whom the deposit is paid)
therefore agree to be bound by the above recited terms and conditions
